This is a gluten free stirfry using shirataki noodles which are made of yam and gfree teriyaki sauce. If you can’t find shirataki noodles or don’t care about gluten than just use regular udon 😊 You don’t have to cooked shirataki noodles so if you swap them out you may have to cook your noodles first.
1 package shirataki noodles
1 cup leftover turkey
1 small head broccoli
2 carrots, cut into matchsticks
1/4-1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
1⃣ Heat oil in wok or heavy pan and add veggies. Stirfry 5 mins.
2⃣Add turkey and teriyaki sauce and Stirfry another 5 mins.
3⃣Add noodles and heat through.
J ate a bunch of noodles. He tried a carrot but didn’t eat it and nibbled on the broccoli. He avoided the turkey until the end and then finally ate some. ✔️ok 6 months but if your teriyaki is high in sodium or sugar you may want to go light on it.
