Watermelon Radish and Bok Choy Kimchi

This one isn’t really for little ones because of the spice but I enjoy making and posting homemade preserves. That being said I’m working on a less spicy more baby friendly kimchi recipe. Wiping to have it done in the next week or so.

Kimchi is a Korean dish which usually made from fermented cabbage but you can make different varieties. The spicing process is pretty much the same.

I’m lucky to be a teacher in a Korean exchange program so every year I get several Korean teachers visiting my class for a month or so to learn about teaching in Canada. As a result I have learned to make some very delicious homemade meals from them including homemade kimchi.

December is the traditional kimchi making month so when I make my cabbage kimchi then I will post the whole process on my website cause it’s too long for IG. In the meantime if anyone wants to make this send me a DM.
