PARMESAN ROASTED BUTTERNUT SQUASH

It’s Thanksgiving weekend here in Canada 🍗🍛 so this is just one of the many dishes I’m blessed to be enjoying today! Eating this feast is also my #widn for my friend @blwmamauk 😘

1 butternut squash, cubed
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (gfree)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup butter
2 garlic cloves
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp dried Italian seasoning

1⃣Melt butter in a pan and add garlic, breadcrumbs, cheese, and seasoning.
2⃣Mix squash with oil in a baking dish. Add breadcrumb mix and mix together very well.
3⃣Bake at 375 for 35-40 mins.
