AUTUMN MAPLE SPAGHETTI SQUASH

Made this up for dinner. Came out tasty but I feel like it was missing something. Maybe some cinnamon? If anyone wants to experiment with it let know what you try and how it turns out!
1 spaghetti squash, halved and deseeded
1 bunch Swiss chard, chopped
6-8 slices turkey bacon
4 tbsp maple syrup
3 tbsp apple cider

1⃣Rub squash with some oil and bake at 375 for 45 mins. Use a fork to scrape out squash meat.
2⃣Meanwhile cook bacon in pan and when cooked through chop up into pieces.
3⃣Heat cider in pan and add chard. Cover with lid until wilted. Add syrup and re-add bacon. Stir together. Add squash meat and combine well.
J really loved this. He ate almost everything. Even more surprising he started by eating all the chard first! ✔️ok 6 months
