Eggplant Steaks

A great vegetarian meaty entry! Also really simple and quick.

1 eggplant slices into thick steak sized slices
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp honey
2 tsp cider vinegar
Sprinkle of salt

1⃣Sprinkle a touch of salt on eggplant slices and let sit 30 mins to let water out (this is optional)
2⃣Baste on the marinade with a brush and bake at 400 for 10-15 mins. Rebaste halfway through. Baste again and broil for 2-3 mins.
Alternatively you could throw these on the BBQ 👌🏼 J wasn’t into them last night but I’m gonna try again at lunch. These are 1 year + because of honey but you could replace with maple syrup or just make some plain for baby.
