Thai Avocado Tuna Melts and Honey Roasted Potatoes

These are both super easy and tasty recipes.

For the tuna melts I mixed together some tuna in oil and Thai salsa, toasted bread lightly then topped it with sliced avo, the tuna mix and grated Gruyere cheese. Threw it in he oven for 5 mins at 400.

The potatoes were mixed with diced onions, lavender honey, 1 tsp dry mustard and a rich of salt and pepper. Also in the oven at 400 for about 45 mins.

Will update soon with what J eats. Potatoes are 1 year+ due to honey and tuna is 6 months but do not serve more than once a week due to Mercury.

Served right on our @oogaababy mat.
