Italian Breaded Chicken Cutlets

This is my moms recipes. She made these. They are awesome served in a bun with sautéed rapini, onion, peppers or mushrooms. Yum!! 1 lb chicken cutlets
1 cup bread crumbs
1 egg, beaten.
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tbsp Dried parsley
1/4 grated parm/Romano mix
1 clove pressed garlic or some garlic powder

1⃣Pound chicken with meat hammer until thin.
2⃣Dip chicken in egg
3⃣Mix remaining ingredients together and dredge egg covered chicken in breadcrumb mix.
4⃣Fry in a small amount of olive oil until chicken is cooked and breaking is golden brown. Alternatively you can bake at 350 for a healthier option.

J ate one cutlet and a half, a bunch of mushrooms and a few small potatoes. 3 pieces of Watermelon for dessert. ✔️ok 6 months
