Tilapia Puttanesca with Grilled Zucchini and Buttered Radishes

If you want the recipes for the veggies hop on over to my website and search zucchini or radishes and they are on there.

The fish was loosely based on Jaime Oliver’s Fish in Tomato Sauce Recipe.

3 fillets of tilapia or other white fish
1 can/jar of crushed tomatoes
2 cloves garlic, minced
Handful chopped basil
1 cup halved black olives
1 Hungarian pepper (or equivalent), seeded
3 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tbsp red wine vinegar

1⃣Heat olive oil in pan and add garlic, whole pepper and basil for a few mins.
2⃣Add tomato, olives, vinegar and a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Allow to simmer 10 mins.
3⃣Add fish and spoon sauce over. Cook simmering in sauce for about 15-20 mins. Flip fish halfway through and recover in sauce.

J ate all his fish, plus another serving, all his veggies plus another serving and 2 cucumbers. I have a little 🐷. ✔️ok 6 months. Fish might be hard for a baby without pincer grip to grab because it’s so soft.
