Another yummy fresh pasta combo again partially from the garden. We used our homegrown fennel, tomatoes, onion and basil for this!

2 cups cherry tomatoes
2 tbsp basil, minced
2 cups Swiss chard, chopped
4 tbsp olive oil
1/2 cup chopped fennel, chopped
1 small red onion, sliced
1⃣Heat olive oil in pan and add onion and sauté a few mins.
2⃣Add basil, fennel, and tomatoes. Simmer and cook for about 10 mins until tomatoes burst and flavours blend.
3⃣Add chard and allow to wilt. Serve on pasta!

J ate most of his plate. He threw a few pastas and left the chard. ✔️ok 6 months. Tomatoes can cause rash on small babies so be on the lookout.
