Fresh from my garden 😍 I love August and Sept because everything I’ve been growing since May is finally ready to eat 😋 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
2 green onions, chopped
1/3 cup basil, chopped
1 tbsp Rosemary
1/4 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic, pressed or minced
1 large sheet puff pastry
1⃣Mix the garlic into the olive oil. Brush the puff pastry generously with oil mix. Fold the edges over a bit to form a crust. Brush more oil over the folded edges.
2⃣ Top the pastry with the rest of the ingredients.
3⃣Bake at 400 for about 20 mins or until pastry is golden brown and puffed.
We made this for a play date so J was too busy running around with his friends to eat much. But I’m going to save him a slice for dinner. You may want to sprinkle a bit of salt on it or at least on the adult portion. ✔️ok 6 months
