Stuffed Artichokes

This is my moms secret recipe!
6 large artichokes
12 tablespoons bread crumbs
12 tablespoons Romano cheese
2 tablespoons dry parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil

1⃣Cut top of artichokes with sharp knife, trim the rest of leaves with scissors, cut stem.
2⃣Wash chokes well, drip upside down for a few min.
3⃣Mix bread crumbs, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
4⃣Spread leaves and fill with mixture.
5⃣Put in pot in single layer, fill with water one third way up the artichokes add 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil. Sprinkle some oil on top of artichokes also.
6⃣Cover and cook on high heat till it comes to boil, lower heat cook for 2 hours. Add a bit of water once in a while. ✔️ok 6 months
