Miso Glazed Salmon

I spoke to my Japanese friend to ask her when hey started serving miso to babies there and she told me that you can start using it generally after 9 months but use less because of the salt and to make sure you get organic preservative free miso.

I actually don’t like salmon (unless it’s raw) and this is the only way I will eat it cooked. It’s very tasty! Go light on the dressing for baby’s share.

J ate all the salmon and tomatoes but no book choy. Sad because it’s one of his fave veggies. ✔️ok 9 months
