Chicken and Egg Soup
My mom made roasted chicken for dinner yesterday so I took some home and used it to make this soup. It was quite yummy!
4 cups water plus a gfree chicken bouillon cube OR 4 cups chicken broth
1 cup shredded cooked chicken
2 eggs, beaten
Pastina of your choice
1⃣Boil the broth or the water/bouillon
2⃣Add Pastina and chicken and cook according to package
3⃣Turn off heat and slowly add beaten egg gently stirring the soup as you do.
J was wary of the spoon at first so I put some on his tray and he tried a piece of chicken. Once he realized it was yummy he let me spoonfeed him without problem. I just make sure to follow his cues.
He ate the whole bowl plus a bit more and 4 lychees. ✔️ok 6 months as long as no egg allergy in family.
