Oven Baked Garlic Parm Chicken Wings

Oven Baked Garlic Parm Chicken Wings

All I have to say is ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜ I have never liked any oven baked wings I have ever made. This has been a #gamechanger for me. I wanted to BBQ these but it is raining so I reluctantly did them in the oven. Thank you rain!

2lbs chicken wings
1/4 cup roasted garlic spread (we used @tessemae)
1 cup gfree panko crumbs (or normal)
1/2 cup grated Parmesan
1/3 cup butter
3 garlic scapes or 5 cloves garlic, minced
1/2tsp each Salt and pepper (optional)

1โƒฃ Marinate the wings in the garlic spread for 1-2 hours.
2โƒฃ Mix together the panko, cheese, salt and pepper. Take each wings and roll it in the mix until well coated.
3โƒฃPlace wings in a single layer on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake at 400 for 45min-1hr until golden brown. Flip halfway through.
4โƒฃWhile wings are cooking melt butter in a pan with scapes/garlic and sautรฉ a min.
5โƒฃPour butter mix over cooked wings and serve ๐Ÿ˜‹ J ate 5 ๐Ÿ˜ฑ๐Ÿ˜ฑ wings, plus leftover pasta from lunch, a babybel and blackberries. I deboned the chicken for him. โœ”๏ธok 6 months.
