My meals for this week’s #instaweanteam challenge is Hawaiian Stuffed Pizza Bun
1 ball pizza dough
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1/2 cup ham cubed
1/2 cup pineapple cubed
1 egg beaten
1⃣Roll out pizza dough and divide into smaller squares
2⃣In the middle of each square put a spoonful of sauce, cheese, ham and pineapple.
3⃣fold dough closed by bringing corners together and pinch and twist tightly to seal closed. You may have to do this a bit until dough closes.
4⃣Brush beaten egg overtop of dough.
5⃣Bake at 450 for 20-25 mins
NOTES: Do not spread dough out thinly because it may tear open when folding. Thicker dough is better. Also do not overfill or go too heavy on sauce and cheese or pockets will burst. I had this happen to a few of them so you gotta be careful!
J ate half of one pizza bun. He also had some other leftovers because he was too impatient to wait for the bun to cool. ✔️ok 6 months. Allergens – egg, gluten
