Buttered Radishes

I meant to post this last week and forgot! Ever have radishes and have no idea what to do with them? Try them like this. Cooking radishes gets rid of all the “spicyness” so you don’t need to worry about baby.

1 bunch radishes, washed and cut in half
1-2 tbsp butter
1 tsp each salt and sugar (optional I have done without both and still tasty)
1/2 cup water

1⃣Melt butter over medium heat. Add radishes, salt and sugar (if using) and sauté for 1 min.
2⃣Add water and cover for 15 mins stirring or shaking pan occasionally.
3⃣Uncover, lower heat a touch and let liquid reduce to a glaze (about 5 mins). J really loved these he ate a bunch of them. I was surprised because he isn’t big into veggies lately. Used to be his fave 😢 ✔️ok 6 months
