Breaded Sole and Roasted Broccoli

Breaded sole and roasted broccoli.

I’m trying to eat more fish but I’m not a fish person. This fish was actually tasty though.

4 sole fillets
1 egg
1/2 cup flour (we used gfree sorghum)
1/2 lemon
Seasoning of your choice
1/4 cup butter

1⃣Season the flour with whatever seasoning you chose
2⃣Pat fish fillets with paper towel then dredge in egg and seasoned flour
3⃣Heat butter in a pan and then fry the fish about 3-4 mins a side until breading is golden. Squeeze lemon overtop as fish is cooking.

For the broccoli I just roasted at 460 about 25 mins with avocado oil and white wine vinegar.

J ate everything except the broccoli and extra fish. ✔️ok 6 months.
