My Mother’s Day #instaweanteam meal is poached eggs on avocado toast.
Mine is in front and J’s behind. Never give a runny egg to a baby under 2! There is a risk of salmonella poisoning.
2 eggs, each cracked into a small bowl
2 slices of bread
1⃣ Gently simmer water. Take a spoon and stir the water to create a funnel type effect.
2⃣Pour the egg into the middle of the funnel.
3⃣Cook 3 mins for adult runny egg and about 7 for baby cooked through egg.
4⃣Serve on toast spread with avocado.
