Cheesy Baked Kale and Pepper Gnocchi

I think we finally met a shape of pasta J isn’t find of. He seemed to have an aversion to touching the gnocchi…maybe the felt too dense or grainy? No idea. Usually he scarfs down any and all pasta. He still ate the peppers and cheese and some kale but only like 3 gnocchi.

1 package gnocchi (we use gfree aurora brand)

1 small bunch kale

1 yellow bell pepper

2 cups tomato sauce

1 cup grated cheese any kind

Olive oil for sautéing

1⃣Cook gnocchi in boiling water and drain.

2⃣Meanwhile sauté kale and peppers in olive oil until soft. In an oven proof pan

3⃣Add gnocchi, tomato sauce and grated cheese into pan with kale.

4⃣Bake at 350 for 15 mins.

✔️ok 6 months. Allergens dairy and if using normal gnocchi gluten.
