Veal Parmigana, potato fritter and peas.

Veal Parm

Veal cutlets

Breadcrumbs

Egg

Tomato sauce

Parmesan cheese

1⃣Pound veal, dredge in eggs and then breadcrumbs

2⃣Quickly brown the veal in a small amount of olive oil in a sauté pan.

3⃣Ladle some sauce in a baking dish then place veal on top, then add more sauce.

4⃣Add grated Parmesan on top.

5⃣Bake at 375 for 1/2hr.

J ate the whole plate. ✔️ok 6 months. Possible allergens – egg, gluten.
