Baked Rice

Baked Rice with Meatballs and Bocconcini

We are eating at Nonna’s tonight and this is one of her signature recipes. You may have to halve this.

2.5 cups uncooked rice

3 cups bolognese sauce

1 cup peas

1 cup mozzarella

Handful of Parmesan

1⃣Mix everything together and put into an ovenproof dish.

2⃣Bake at 350 for ½ hour.

J ate his meatball and ¾ of his rice. He threw his bocconcino 😳😭. I died a little inside when he did. My preciouuuussssssss. Lol. ✔️all ok 6 months
