Crispy Polenta Fingers

Crispy Polenta Fingers with boiled veggies

These polenta fingers are crispy on the outside but soft and gooey inside.


Tomato sauce

Parmesan Cheese

1⃣Prepare polenta according to package

2⃣Mix with tomato sauce and cheese and mold into fingers.

3⃣Place on parchment paper on baking tray and bake 375 until they start to crisp (approx 15-20 mins) flip them over and continue baking another 15-20.

J ate 2.5 polenta fingers and all the veggies minus 1 potato.

✔️super duper ok for beginners. The shape is perfect for them.
