Chia Seed Pudding

B-fast this morning is strawberries and bread fingers with cottage cheese for dipping, the last oatmeal finger and we are trying chia seed pudding!!

We have decided to start J on nuts (wish us luck!) so this is vanilla almond pudding.

2 cups almond milk

½ cup chia seeds

1 tsp vanilla

1⃣Mix well in a bowl.

2⃣Allow chia seeds to soak in liquid for several hours or overnight until it becomes thick with a pudding consistency.

Soaking chia seeds is important before giving to baby. They absorb an incredible amount of liquid so giving them raw could cause constipation.

Will update later with what J ate. ✔️️ok for beginners if you are comfy with dairy and nuts.
