Moroccan Chicken Tagine

Moroccan Chicken Tagine with apricots and olives

Our last #hatcherybox meal for this month! Recipe is again from @hatchery and on their website. A couple notes about the recipe adaption. Watch the salt, buy dried apricots without nitrates (they are brown as opposed to orange) and I found the cooking time to be much longer than what the recipe stated.

J was in a food throwing mood so not much got eaten. He ate ½ of the chicken and a small bit olives and apricots. All the rice was thrown, so was the carrot. Most of his mango was eaten.
