Carrot Loaf

Baby friendly Carrot Loaf

You can make this gluten free or with regular flour. I used @pamelasproducts gfree baking mix so if you use regular flour you may need to add some baking powder or baking soda.

– 1 cup flour or @pamelasproducts baking mix

1 ripe mashed banana

1-11/2 cups grated carrot

1 tbsp cinnamon

1 tsp allspice

½ tsp nutmeg

1 tsp ground cloves

2 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla

1⃣mix all dry ingredients and make a space in the middle.

2⃣add wet ingredients and mix thoroughly

3⃣bake 350 for 40-45 mins or if you have it use a bread maker.

I swear by my bread maker it’s AMAZING. Perfect loaves every time including gluten free ones. I have a kitchen aid one.

J loves this!! And it’s pretty decent for adults despite not sugar or salt.
