French Toast

French Toast with Cottage cheese fruit dip and mango.

French toast

-2 eggs

-3 slices of bread (enough for both mommy and baby)

– a drop of vanilla extract

-cinnamon

– spoonful of yogurt or cream or whole milk

– butter or spray for greasing pan

1⃣Beat eggs and mix in yogurt and vanilla

2⃣dredge bread in egg mix

3⃣butter pan and cook bread. While one side is cooking sprinkle cinnamon on bread, then flip and sprinkle other side.

For cottage cheese dip I mixed cottage cheese, Greek yogurt and blended strawberries until smooth.
