Pasta and Meatballs

Farfalle pasta and meatballs.

A classic at Nonna’s house today. J loves her food. He ate all three meatballs and two servings of pasta.


– 1/2lbs ground veal

-1/2lbs ground pork

– ½ lbs ground beef

– 2 eggs

– handful gfree or normal breadcrumbs

– handful of Parmesan/Romano mix

– 2tbsp ground parsley

– 2 tbsp olive oil

– tomato sauce

1⃣Mix all ingredients except oil and sauce in bowl.

2⃣Form into balls.

3⃣Brown in the oil in pan.

4⃣ Bring tomato sauce to a simmer and put meatballs inside sauce. Allow meatballs to cook in sauce. Longer they are in there the tastier. These were in the sauce for 1.5 hrs.
